TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• This Master User Agreement constitutes a binding contract between you, the User, and Saunter With Routed India Travels LLP with regard to the use of various services that are provided by Saunter With Routed India Travels LLP.
• The tourism services under this agreement shall be rendered by Saunter With Routed India Travels LLP.
• Saunter With Routed India Travels LLP shall provide you travel-related information, pricing of partner destinations, trip packages, and itineraries across cities and rural areas throughout India ("Service"). This Service may be availed by the User in India at any time during the year as is offered by various third party vendors like homestays, partners etc.
• This Master User Agreement is applicable to all Saunter With Routed India Travels LLP. In addition to this Agreement and depending on the Services opted for by the User, the User shall be required to read and accept the relevant terms and conditions of service for each such Service, which may be updated or modified by Saunter With Routed India Travels LLP from time to time. Such TOS shall be deemed to be a part of this Agreement and in the event of a conflict between such TOS and this Agreement, the terms of this Agreement shall prevail.
• Saunter With Routed India Travels LLP are offered to the User conditioned on acceptance without modification of all the terms, conditions and notices contained in this Agreement and the TOS, as may be posted on the Website from time to time. For the removal of doubts, it is clarified that availing of the Services by the User constitutes an acknowledgement and acceptance by the User of this Agreement and the TOS. If the User does not agree with any part of such terms, conditions and notices, the User must not avail our Services.
• Additionally, the Service Provider itself may provide terms and guidelines that govern particular features, offers or the operating rules and policies applicable to each Service (for example, homestay reservations, itineraries, trip packages, etc.). The User shall be responsible for ensuring compliance with the terms and guidelines or operating rules and policies of the Service Provider with whom the User elects to deal, including terms and conditions set forth in a Service Providers' fare rules, contract of carriage or house rules.
• Saunter With Routed India Travels LLP at its sole discretion reserves the right not to accept any order placed by the user through the website without assigning any reason thereof. Any contract to provide any service by Saunter With Routed India Travels LLP is not complete until full money towards the service is received from the user and accepted by Saunter With Routed India Travels LLP.

PAYMENT

• The prices quoted are for online payment, payment by bank transfer, online transfer or cheque. The total price is payable to Saunter With Routed India Travels LLP, 10 days prior to departure. Failure to pay by that date entitles Saunter With Routed India Travels LLP to cancel your reservations without notice. Prices are quoted in Indian Rupees, USD or the local currency of the country you are touring.
• All prices and details quoted on our website are to the best of our knowledge and constantly updated from time to time. Prices may be changed at the discretion of the partner destination or other service providers involved without prior notice, and Saunter With Routed India Travels LLP will not be held liable for such changes. In case of a conflict, the prices charged by the partner destinations and service providers involved will be final.

CANCELLATIONS

If it becomes necessary to cancel your booking, you must notify Saunter With Routed India Travels LLP immediately by mail on info@routedindia.com. Once we receive your notice, cancellation will take effect. Please note that the following charges will apply on cancellation:

• 45 Days/ prior / If the trip is called off from our side due to low occupancy or natural reasons:
• 100% Refund
• 30 - 45 Days prior: 75% Refund
• 15-30 Days: 50% Refund
• 7-15 Days: 25% RefundLess than 7 Days: 0% Refund
• Less than 7 Days: 0% Refund

If the tour/itinerary price is quoted as a package, no partial refunds or credit will be given for services not used. Please note that the above quoted amounts may change without notice. We also recommend that you obtain travel insurance upon booking.

NOTE:* If there is a conflict between this cancellation policy & the cancellation policy specific to a service booked, the latter will prevail.

REFUND MODE AND PROCESSING DURATION.

• Refund will be made using the same payment mode.
• Refund process will be initiated in 2 working days after cancellation.
• Refund amount will be credited in your account in 5 to 10 working days after process.

HEALTH AND FITNESS REQUIREMENTS

Participants must be in good health and reasonable physical condition. It is vital that participants with medical problems make them known to us well before departure. All medical expenses will be the responsibility of the participant.

DELAY, CANCELLATION OR CHANGE OF ITINERARY

Saunter With Routed India Travels LLP reserves the right to cancel any booking in which case participants will be given a refund in full. However, you will not be entitled to make any further claim for any injury, loss, expenses or damage (either direct or consequential) or for any loss of time or inconvenience which may result from such cancellation (including but not limited to any travel reservation, visa, passport and vaccination charges, or departure, gear purchases, airport and airline taxes). We strongly recommend you book refundable tickets.

INSURANCE

Personal travel insurance is not included in the tour price. We strongly recommend that you take out travel insurance including cancellation insurance upon booking. Saunter With Routed India Travels LLP may require that a policy is held prior to departure. Saunter With Routed India Travels LLP will accept no liability for any damage, losses and expenses suffered by any client as a result of sickness, quarantine, weather conditions, war, strikes, riots or any other cause outside our control.

ROUTE CHANGES/POSTPONEMENT OR DELAY

Saunter With Routed India Travels LLP will take every care to ensure that itineraries/trips are followed to the letter but circumstances beyond control may necessitate changes. In case of a change in routes and properties, Saunter With Routed India Travels LLP will accept no liability but make arrangements for substitution of equal.

Saunter With Routed India Travels LLP may for any reason change the date of departure or conclusion of the tour, or it is possible that a route change, postponement or delay (either in relation to departure or to the duration of the trip) may become necessary due to inclement weather, snow and ice conditions, political restrictions or any other cause. In the event of a change, postponement or delay, participants have no right to refund of the tour price (in whole or in part) or other compensation for any injury, loss or damage.
