We fly out of India on 21st night and reach Tashkent on 22nd midnight between 2 am to 3 am. The reason we are mentioning this timelines is because every flight going to Tashkent from India lands around this time. Once here, we drive straight to our hotel and rest. On the 22nd morning, post breakfast, we head out for local sightseeing. We check out Lal Bahadur Shastri memorial and Hazrati Imam complex and then evening can be spent around Amir Temur square.

Salom Salom! We are embarking on our journey through Central Asia's best preserved wonder - Uzbekistan and are super stoked to take along with us 25 enthusiastic travelers. We will be tracing the paths that once our ancestors traced as they traveled in large caravans carrying spices, silks, precious ornaments, lores and mysteries to the western lands. In Central Asia the west would meet the east and thus it resulted in a rich tapestry of culture and architecture and Uzbekistan is a living example of the same. (Meals included: None) 23 September: Today after a heavy breakfast, and carrying along some snacks, we head to Bukhara. This journey will take place in Uzbekistan's bullet train. Once we are in Bukhara, we check into our cute accommodation and rest it out. This evening, we have free time to explore the city on foot. We will walk down to check out some iconic sites today. Dinner and shopping at Old Bukhara today! And if luck permits, we may also get to check out a traditional music and dance show today evening :)

We leave for a walking tour across Bukhara today. Bukhara is a city named after the acclaimed Sunni Islamic scholar Imam Bukhari. So while it is a revered site of religious worship, it also turns out to be the best kept example of old heritage mixed well with modern sensibilities of Uzbekistan. Bukhara also served as the capital of the Sammanid empire and as we walk around the old city, you are bound to indulge in this history. We explore the Ark of Bukhara, the iconic Poi-E-Kalyan mosque and minaret, the old bazaars, exquisitely designed madrassahs, and even the tomb of Ismail Samani - the founder of the Samanid Empire! Uzbekistan is a history lovers paradise and it is here that it all comes alive! Evening free for shopping, exploring markets, eating the Uzbeki favorite gelatos, good food and drinks and music! There is never a dull evening when in Bukhara!

Today you will be heading to Samarkand post breakfast. This is going to be a long drive. It will take us around 5 to 6 hours to reach Samarqand. We have kept this an empty day keeping a long drive in mind. Once in Samarkand, just rest it out. We go out in the evening for a walk around Registan Square.

If you've seen images of Uzbekistan, it is most likely from Samarkand. One of the most popular tourist locations, the city's absolute blue buildings, larger than life grandiosity and rich tapestry make it a must visit. Be it the intricate gold carved tomb of Amir Temur or the Buddhist art work at Hazrat Khizir mosque, the wonderous play of turquoise, teal and blue at the Shah - i - Zinda or the lights, dusk skies and sheer magic at Registan. Great rulers like Alexander and Amir Temur have made this region their home and playground and no wonder, Samarkand is blessed with architectural brilliance! Soak it in as this will be the last cultural indulgence on this trip

After a hearty breakfast, we leave for Tashkent. This is again going to be around a 5 to 6 hour road journey. Today's agenda is to just shop in Tashkent. Once we are in Tashkent, we check in, rest a little and then head out to Chorsu bazaar. Once done here, we can again head to Amir Temur Square and have our dinner somewhere around here.

Post breakfast, drop to the airport; the trip ends!
